At Hart Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your box, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
